5.      Purchases

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST. GST is added to the purchase price during the checkout process.
  • Payment: Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery: Digital products (such as legal templates) are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout, or made available for immediate download, upon successful payment.
  • Licence: Purchased templates are provided under a single-use licence as set out in the terms accompanying each product, and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared beyond that licence.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once a template has been downloaded, except where required by law.

6.       Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WordSmith Legal excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or any downloaded content. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

8.      Changes to These Terms
